a. To advise, counsel and support entrepreneurs and companies, as well as
facilitate and (help) manage, finance and advice (starting) entrepreneurs and companies;
To gather and develop skills and talents of (entrepreneurial) persons, among others (but not only) refugees, to establish new projects and entrepreneurship.
b. Conducting (intermediate) holding and management activities.
Providing pensions and/or old-age benefits and/or disability benefits for its (former) managing directors, shareholders, own employees, employees of affiliated companies and businesses and for their widows/widowers and/or partners and (foster) children, all of the above according to a pension scheme under the legal income tax stipulations. Entering into and concluding, administering and executing annuity and periodic payments agreements (in the context of the family);

c. Incorporating and acquiring, participating in, cooperating with, managing, and financing (or having financed), other companies, in any legal form whatsoever. Acquiring, managing, holding, disposing of and selling, shares, participations and other interests in companies and legal entities and exercising all rights connected to those shares, participations and interests.
In any matter having an interest in, and financing (or having financed), other companies, in any legal form whatsoever, and participating in or acting as (limited or managing) partner in joint ventures;
d. Providing and entering into loans. Granting security, also for debts of other parties. Warranting performance of other companies or third parties, including binding itself by standing security or acting as severally liable (co) debtor. Granting collateral and personal security for subsidiary companies and other companies affiliated with the company and granting collateral, personal and limited security for third parties, specifically those parties with which the company is connected in a group, whether or not these parties are conducting businesses. Entering into security and warranty agreements;
e. Acquiring, selling, and managing, as well as having available registered property. Operating, administering, acquiring and selling, renting and leasing, purchasing and selling assets (real rights and property rights) – explicitly including patents, licenses, know-how and trademarks – and the export and import thereof. Conducting commercial activities with all these assets as well as developing, producing and distributing these assets;
f. Investing capital in annuities, bonds, (registered) property, mortgage claims and all other financial, administrative, economic, commercial and industrial objectives;
g. Conducting all acts connected to or promotional to the aforementioned, all in the broadest sense of the word.
